Lesson Seven:

I’ve decided that I will create a Harry Potter encyclopedia. I’m fairly sure that things like it have been done before, though, so I think I’ll make it a guide and add extra information that the other encyclopedias wouldn’t have. And maybe an activities section.
Today I tried writing out all the sections and subsections I’d want in it. I may have to cut some down, however, as if I included all of them it would be far too many pages possibly write within my timeframe.

I think I’ll ask Ms Bock to approve the idea next lesson though; I’m still not entirely sure if this is the kind of project we’re supposed to do.

Lesson Eight (State Library Excursion):

State Library Excursion
We went to the State Library today, and were taught about the resources and the vast number of ways to gather information there. If I remember, I think I’ll register on their website (:

Lesson Six:

We learned how to use OneNote today. It actually looks really helpful; it would be easy to store research and plans on the program, plus with so many different folders and subfolders, it would make it much easier to organise my project; which I have now decided will be purely in book format.

Lesson Five:

Finished watching Pay It Forward. It was pretty sad :(
I’m thinking of adding a video or musical aspect to my project, but if I do so, I think I’d have to lower the amount of text.

Lesson Four:

We started watching Pay It Forward in class today. It’s actually quite interesting and pretty inspiring.

Lesson Three:

We were given sheets to complete today to find out what kind of a learner we were. My result was ‘Visual Learner.’

After that, we got into groups of people with the same learning style and did a few activities.

Lesson Two:

This lesson helped me understand the idea of I.L.P more.
Apparently we have to base our project on an essential question. I think I have an idea for my project :D

First I.L.P Lesson

Watched a video about past students. It cleared up a few questions; what kind of topics we could choose, how much work ought to be put in, and any potential problems.

Still not entirely sure about what I’m supposed to do, but I think I get the gist of it.
